Friends

I took some shots with my Noctilux on GPX 160 colour neg film set at about
f1.2-1.4 (half to one stop from max aperture) of my toddler playing
outdoors. Even in the dim dusk light, the shutter was set at 1/250. Lots
of ample shutter speed to grab the action. The sharpness, colour, DOF, and
background blur is truly remarkable. Even the blur is an artform in itself.
The Noctilux has a different "Bokeh" compared to my 35mm Summicron.

This lens is a fantastic outdoor lens. To use it only indoors or in dim
light would be to do its vast potential injustice.
