OTT-LITE makes full spectrum, no-emf florescent tubes, and fixtures that
run at a high frequency. Much higher than 60hz. I don't remember the exact
frequency but 400hz is something that I remember from somewhere. I have OTT
lights in all of my fixtures. Call them at 1-800-842-8848  or  1-813-621-0058.
