Not so.

The lens head from 135/4.5 Hektor, 135/4 Elmar, and 135/4 tele-Elmar
all focus (with appropriate adapters) to infinity on a Visoflex II,
IIa, or III, OR to infinity with the same adapters plus 14167 on an
SL, SL2, or R(n).

Also true with any Viso lens => 65mm, ie 65/3.5 Elmar +
OTZFO + 14167 makes a great macro combo.
