Yes, Tina, it IS heavy and my wife almost sent it back.  She is happy =
that she didn't, because this has become her major lens now.
She uses it a lot for portraits and also weddings.  Because Katariina is =
rather small and the lens is rather big it catches the attention of the =
bystanders which is the most annoying thing about the lens.
