It is difficult to do with available equipment. the metz 40mz will do fine
but is too big, the small vivitars and sunpaks have a limited auto f stop
choice, normally 5.6 and 11 for iso 400 film. Someone mentioned the new
nikon sb28 as small and very adjustable,  there could be hope..
