Now no one could get upset with this !!

I take for my text  to-day: pg 18 of the Leica Accessory Guide (2nd Ed.)

"....ORAKO....also fitted FOKOS rangefinder"

I have tried both the ORAKO prewar & OKARO postwar & I cannot get either
to fit my chrome FOKOS r/f.  Can anyone shed some light (pun away) on
this ?
