Ted,

Can you tell us (me) what goes on at the seminar.  The description I read is
not particularly descriptive!!  Since my lawyers, bankers, accountants and
tax experts are in Boston, it gives me a great excuse to go visit them for
15 minutes on my way to the Cape.  Thanks.
