Subject: [Leica] Supreme Court of Canada - rules in favour of privacy against photographer
From: "Tim Atherton" <timphoto@hotmail.com>

For some information on the story about the Supreme Court of Canada
decision for personal privacy and against photography, go to;
http://www.canoe.ca/TopStories/apr9_photos.html

It's pretty scary to me - okay to get model releases for
stock.commercial etc, but classic street photography/reportage may now
be impossible in Quebec - and by extension at some time in the furue,
Canada.
