The Fall 1996 issue of Leica View (published by Leica USA) contains a brief
story on "Women Photographers of the White House" and mentions that all of
the photographers on the White House staff use M6s (and M5s). It also notes
that "it is the only camera allowed into the Oval Office or other meetings
where absolute silence must be observed..."
