From Frederic:
>>>Can anyone on the list suggest a way to minimize the green color cast you
get on transparency film when one must shoot a portrait in an area with lots
of green foliage?<<<

Use a filter of complimentary color: magenta. They are available in gelatin
or acetate form and in various sizes.
To start, try a filter of one half the density of the shift.

You might also invest in a Kodak publication on filters and their uses.
Kodak booklets, normally $6 to $10 are a great source of technical
information without the inevitable technical complexity.
