Use front lighting, front fill with a white or silver reflector positioned
so that it reflects incoming sunlight and not light reflected from foliage,
or use fill flash in direct lighting. Try this before any attempts at
changing the filtration.
The reflected green light from the foliage is what you are trying to
eliminate, so position your subject(s) with their backs to the foliage, and
try to use more diffuse lighting if the conditions will allow, or move your
subject into the shade if possible.
