Tom - No adapter is involved but a complete modification is made
to use the 26mm Zeiss Hologon "T" in a Leica "M" mount.

There are various technicians both in Japan & the U.S. doing the job
which originally cost all most as much as the lens itself, But now Stan
Tamarkin has some already converted, brand new & with the fancy
viewer (with level) for only $3295.

Dr. K. Ohka has two of them; one direct from Japan & the other was
modified here ---- They are both done beautifully and take great pics
if you remember to keep your camera level.
