Again and again and again.  Mercury batteries are not, per se, banned;
their DISPOSAL is banned.  Hence, by convoluted logic, they won't sell 'em,
as you cannot put them into a landfill, though you CAN put into a landfill
a burned out flourescent light tube with 10 times the mercury.  You figure
it out.
