Martin,

The RF-Summicron is the first version of the 35/2 with goggles.  It causes
only the 50 mm frame to be displayed in the M3 finder.

The goggles are attached with screws to the lens and can be removed.  I
believe the lens would cause the 50 frameline to be displayed in the
M2/4/5/6.

I would love to be able to use a 3rd version of the 35/2 on my M3 but it
would be expensive and somewhat funny looking to attach the goggles to a
later (black) lens and modify it to bring up the correct frame.

Actually, if color rendition and performance at maximum aperture aren't
problems for you, the RF is a wonderful lens that's built like a bank vault.
