Subject: [Leica] R4 v. R6.2 v. R7

I now have an R4 and am considering replacing it with an R6.2 or R7.
I only use my R camera with lenses longer than 100mm, namely
the 100 APO and the 180/2.8.  The only other lenses I would ever get
for the R would be the 280 or the 400, and possibly maybe the 19.

Which R body would be the best for my needs?  I like the 6.2 myself
because it is mechanical, but what do I lose with it?
