It took me about one hour per camera to paint the dot with a very fine brush and then remove the black paint from the raised "Leica" lettering. The result in a black dot with siver Leica lettering. (They really do look much better to me). PS, I also painted the center of the lens release buttons from red to black also. Down with the red...... Tom Shea
