Hi Dan,
It seems that most folks have missed the meaning of your question.
It is a word borrowed from Greek meaning all-encompassing and used, now, as
a designation or prefix. Just look in your dictionary for the meaning of
APO.
As they used to say on Laugh-in, look it up in your Funk'nWagnel.
