I know that for us in Europe there will be the issue of added shipping cost, customs and VAT. In the case of Belgium, customs and VAT on a piece of photo equipment will add roughly 28% to its price. Perhaps we could organise shipment via the UK--your VAT is lower, and once sent from there to another EU country, there is no further customs or VAT involved.
