Subject: [Leica] Re: [Brian Bower- Opening of exhibition of his photos and talk.

Having seen Bill Rosauer mention Brian Bowers attendance at the forthcoming
LHSA meet, I thought that I should break cover for once and, for the
benefit of those who may find Hove in Sussex, UK a bit closer to home, I
should post notice of the fact that Brian will shortly be exhibiting in the
"Gallery Below" at my shop, Hove Camera Company Ltd.

The exhibition will be of the prints shown earlier this year at the Leica
Gallery in Solms. They are all colour and, as you would expect, all taken
with Leica equipment.

The exhibition will open on Saturday 18th July and, just on that one day,
Brian will be in attendance and will be giving a talk "Have Leica, will
travel". There will shortly be a new book from him on the subject of Leica
Optics and his talk will I believe give a first opportunity to see some of
the material which that book will cover.

As always, admission to the exhibition is free as is attendance at Brian's
talk on 18th July. However, spaces for this will be strictly limited and
will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Whilst Sussex is not as spectacular a setting as is Colorado, it may be
more accessible for some of you. Nonetheless, should any of my fellow LHSA
members or anyone else on the Lug want to make it over, you will be more
than welcome!

Contact me on this ( off Lug) on my private Email address.

Arthur
