 Folks,

I'd like to call your attention to an extraordinary series running
presently in the Washington Post: "Peace Church, Vietnam, An American
Journey."

This story follows the attempts of Robert Sutter to recreate the last days
of his brother, Richard, who was killed in Vietnam in 1967. Of special
interest to this group is the presence and photography of Frank Johnston,
whose photo of Richard Sutter, a scared, tired Marine, graced the
front-page of the Post in '67 and has been widely reprinted. In the first
of these articles, Johnston talks about using his Leica in Peace Church,
during the Vietnamese assault on the position.

In any even, it's a marvelous example both of journalism and
photo-journalism, and it well merits a visit to www.washingtonpost.com,
where the story and its photos are posted.

Highly recommended!
