I still have my Kodachromes of Strasbourg from 1968 - scenes with my M2 of
the market place and some of the surrounding countryside. Four of us at the
University of Tuebingen decided on a whim at midnight to go there, driving
my VW squareback through a really black Black Forest, watching the sunrise
over France, and spending a glorious day sight-seeing and snacking our way
through Strasbourg. 1968? Can that really be 30 years ago?

Any "youngsters" out there? My only regret is that I did not take _more_
pictures from that fast receding past. And I did take a lot. Don't be shy
to use film!
