In addressing a similiar question to Erwin some time ago ie., what did he
feel were the best film/dev combinations to wring the most from Leica glass
the reply was Ilford Pan F, Delta 100 and Agfa APX 25 in XTOL or or
Paterson fx39. To quote him"To sum up: try APX25 and XTOL and the best of
Leica lenses is at your feet." 
for Delta 100 and XTOL 1:1, 68, invert for 30s, then 10s each minute.
Start with recomended times from Kodak and adjust as desired.  I like the
Delta 100/XTOL, haven't tried XTOL with APX25.
