Subject: [Leica] how nice can a cheap M3 be?

hello leica-friends.

i'm looking about a leica M3 single stroke, which i would like to use
with my 90 mm summicron (and any future 50 mm lens) as well as a
"holiday camera" beside my M6 with the 35 and 21;
my cost-limit will be about 750 USD; i realize, that in this range, i
have to accept visible marks of use - all i want is a good user camera
- - but not an abused one...
after searching in the net, i found a few offers, judged with "B" or
"B-"
that means, as they told me in one shop, that the M3 has heavy
scratches from the use of a leicameter on the top - all used M3s in
this price-range will look like this, they explained to me.
could any of you, dear LUGers, explain me, what i can expect for my
budget?

thanks & regards, thomas
