Subject: RE: [Leica] M3 or M6HM for Noctilux

Ben,

I have not noticed a big difference between the two. I had a 90mm Summicron
for a while that I used with the M3 with mixed success. The problem was
often camera shake. I tend to put myself in situations where 1/30 at f2 was
the only choice so camera movement with the 90 was the limiting factor.
Another big plus for me for the HM vs the M3 (and probably the major factor)
was the M3 doesn't have the 75mm frame lines. My success rate with the 75
at 1.4 with the HM as been pretty good, so I am a happy camper.
