Hi Tommy,

why not a good M3 with a MR meter on it? It's a pleasure to use and a
well calibrated MR meter is very precise and you can trust it 100%.
Moreover, when you are ready, you can easily "demeterize" yourself.
The combo is around 1/2 the price of a new M6.

Best

Ernesto

Subject: [Leica] New or used M6?

Dear list members,

My name is Tommy Olsson and I have been lurking on the list for a =
while,
trying to learn as much as possible about the Leica M. Now I wonder if =
a
used M6 in good condition is a good buy or is it better to wait, save
some
more money and get a new one? I will probably have to wait quite some
time
anyway as I can't afford either a new or used M6 right now. Dreaming is
free though... :-)

Cheers
Tommy
