He's an OK guy to trade with, and is/was part of the camera shop, 'Fieldgrass and Gale' (Leica dealers). The Osterloh book is renowned for the pages falling out, The Leica Gallery in NY was advertising one with all the pages intact (a collectors item), if you want to read, rather than store, I'm sure it's a decent price.
