His rep says he's old, has typical ailments for a man his age, and values his privacy. In American Photo there is even a photo of his metro card on which he's drawn on his picture to make it even less recognizeable. I've walked past his apartment and when I do I raise my Leica in salute. The best tribute you can make to the man is to use your Leica honorably and with purpose. Carl S.
