Gitzo, Manfrotto/Bogen(US) and Domke make tripod bags, as do a couple of
other manufacturers.  I own the Bogen bags and Domke.  Bogens are thinly
padded; Domke not at all.  However, the straps and zips on the Bogens are
quite flimsy whilst the Domke's are extra-sized and strength.  I would go
with the Domke bags, but wrap the tripod inside in bubblewrap or foamwrap
whilst en route to your destination.
