I have all three and for portraits I prefer the 75/1.4 first, the 90/2
second, and the 90/2.8 third.  I like the look of the 75mm focal length for
faces plus the added stop throws the background out of focus totally.  The
90/2 is a nice lens but harder for me to focus on the eyes at that length.
I use the 90/2.8 least because it's a slower lens.  It would probably be
good for outdoor portraits though. Hope this helps -
