Hi Francesco,

I had the same problem.  I found I had to use a 7 1/2 bulb for only 
1-second intervals, about 3 feet from the paper to get any kind of grade. 
 Not ideal, but I have gotten readable contact sheets.  I now have an 
enlarger and am designing some space in our basement for a more workable 
situation.
