You can email an attachment to me, no problem.  
If you are sending a raw, uncompressed file, like a 
PSD, TIFF, etc., between 1 to 5 MB is great, so I 
have room to compress to JPG.
  
If you insist on sending me a JPG, send it 
UNCOMPRESSED, quality level 10, about 1-3MB.
