My M2 (1965) which went to be CLA'd by Leitz in Luton, Bedfordshire,
England back in the mid-'80s, has an italic script capital 'B' stamped on
the black seal

My M6 (1985) has simply a black Phillips-head screw on the 12 o'clock.

On my M4 (1968)there was a letter on the wax, but much has become scraped off.

My M3 (1965)has a raised gothic 'L' on the wax seal. I presume this mean
it's never been serviced. It needs one as cognoscenti would notice that the
wind-on is not as smooth as it should be.
