Contrary to what Robert Stevens posted, the CHEAPEST manner of doing this
is by purchasing raw chemistry and doing your own -- Photographers'
Formulary will sell you the chemicals, and they are not expensive.

Nor is it cripplingly time or temperature critical.  Shoot five rolls which
don't matter, and experiment with them.  The ONE thing to remember about
any colour emulsion is that it is best if it is developed ASAP after
exposure, or else refrigerated.
