Subject: [Leica] Merry Christmas/Happy New Year

LUG,

I hope everyone has had a Merry Christmas.

Here in Nashville we had a white Christmas, but not the kind you
hope for. We had about 2 inches of sleet/freezing rain fall on
Tuesday/Wednesday. Just walking the 200 yards down hill to my moms
house for the days activities I litterally had to crawl at some
points as the ground was too slick to walk on, as for
  driving---forget it.

I did shoot a few photos of my daughter on the sled, but used my EOS
1n and 24 1.4, oh well they were still nice pix.

Here is wishing all of you the best for the new year. May you reach
your dreams and may all of your photos sing.

And as one of my former editors used to say before we covered a big
  event "Shoot their eyes out."

I have uploaded a photo of my daughter and I selecting our Christmas
tree back at the first of December.

The photo was made by my mom using a Contax G2 with 35 f2 lens. This
camera works great as a point & shoot. And yes, that thing hanging
from my left shoulder is an M6 with Noctilux bolted on it. That is
what I used to shoot the photo I used for my Christmas card this
  year.

Best regards,
 Harrison McClary
