Yes, Stephan Schmidheiny owns the holding Unotech and Unotech is the main
shareholder (I don't know the %) of Leica Camera.
Yes, Unotech is a shareholder of SMH (%unknown)and Swatch belongs to SMH.
If the web follows the meanders of financial capitalism...
