After much searching I'm at a loss...  I'm looking for front and rear
lens caps and hoods for the following two lenses. Any help with model
number or how to interpret size measurements would be appreciated.

Chrome (Wetzlar) 50mm Summilux  SN 1928xxx (with Leitz UVa mounted)
Chrome (Wetzlar) 35mm Summicron SN 1998xxx (with goggles)
Rear Caps (Plastic)
