"Most" is, I strongly suspect, a gross over-statement.  "A few" would be
more in line with reality.  Most Leica dealers are small camera stores to
whom a $17 charge is MAJOR change.  It is a dog-eat-dog world out there:
my local store gives me first pecking rights on used gear, but they'd never
spring for an at-cost gift of a Leica manual.
