Here is the second mail from me today:

You can also use Xtol to develop Tech Pan (14 mins, 20°/68°, agitate 10
seconds per minute):

(for hard negatives)  shoot at 100 and develop in Xtol stock

(for less hard negatives) shoot at 50 and develop in 125ml Xtol stock + 375
ml water

I do not think it is worth it. There will be less grain than with  Delta
100, but also less sharpness. However, the effect is interesting. Try
portraits, but make sure the model is male!
