There is nothing wrong with printing Leica images to an inkjet printer.
I for one do it all the time. Fact is that unless you're a very good
printer in the darkroom, you can probably do better on an inkjet. Some
don't like the inkjet's rendition, but I do. 

For people like me with a small apartment, a BW darkroom is out of
the question, and scanning is a lot more environmentally friendly
anyway.
