sam shoshan always answers my emails....even if it's a day or so before he
responds.
no affliation....blah blah blah....just a satisfied customer.

btw, i am the owner of a small guitar shop in nashville, tn and i have just
spent the last three hours responding to customer inquiries and also
sending them .jpg photos of guitars they asked about (using the sony mavica
as my helper)  i got off work at 6:00 pm. and here i am still, er, um,
working  (sneaking a look at the LUG in between).....think i'll go grab a
bite to eat.....
emails are very time consuming, to say the least.....
