Subject: [Leica] PAD...how's it going

LUG,

Just wondering how everyone is doing on the PAD.....

FWIW I am not exactly doing a PAD more like a PEOD (picture every
other day). As a working photographer the idea at first of doing a
photo a day was very unappealing then I had the idea to make a good
photo of my daughter every day that I have her (I have custody of
her 1/2 of the time..so on average the every other day theme.) and
put them together in a scrap book with each photo dated and
captioned. This way when she is an old lady with grand kids she can
show what it was like living in 1999. Luckily I make a lot of
photos of her anyway and I have yet to miss a day. Actually average
2-3 photos of her every day I have her. She has even made several
of me! Not bad for a 2 1/2 year old.

All this assuming the alarmists are wrong and the world does not end
at 12:00 am Jan 1, 2000...If it does the last photo I make will be
of her asleep as that is how I plan on ending the project...photo of
her taken at the stroke of midnight.

Best regards,
 Harrison mailto:mcclary@iname.com
