When Kodak first brought out Tmax 400, did you know that they goofed in the
first set of published developing times.  They said that with D-76 1 to 1 at
68 degrees f you needed 14 minutes.  Yikes.  Those negatives were very
bullet proof.  Most blown out highlights I have ever ever seen.  Then I
created my own development time which was 3 minutes less and I was much
happier.
