There are so many sorts of photo situations, I certainly don't feel
competent in anywhere near all of them. When I've been shooting the same
sort of photos a lot (like weddings), I feel like a pro whether the shots
are for pay or not. When I haven't been shooting alot in a particular kind
of situation, I often FEEL like an amateur . . . whether I get paid or not.
