Robert,

I owned the Minilux for about one month and sold it. Despite the superb lens
and the solid feel of the camera, I simply got fed up with the ergonomics. In
particular, I found it incredibly cumbersome having to press a tiny button
seven times to get to "flash off" mode, and having to do it again every time I
had switched the camera off. Other similar annoyances abounded. In addition, I
found it a bit too bulky for my intended purpose, which was to have a
pocketable camera to carry with me at all times.

Whether the things that annoyed me will annoy you depends on your shooting
pattern. If you shoot mostly in automatic mode, then you will probably love
the Minilux. If, on the other hand, you frequently want to force a particular
flash mode or set exposure compensation etc., then I suspect that your
reaction to this camera will be similar to mine.
