Going from a sales tax / VAT environment of 25% [?] to one of 17% that tells
me that England must indeed be expensive! My experience in recent years is
that on average it takes 1 GBP in the UK to buy what costs 1 Cdn$ in Canada
.... and Canada is expensive compared to the US.
