Subject: [Leica] Certotrop Camera w/Xenar Lens

Can anyone give me a lead on finding some information (history, value,
etc.) on the following camera?  Sorry it's not a Leica, but hope I can
give the fellow who owns it some direction.  It appears to have never
been used.

1930 "Certotrop" - Objective "Xenar" 1:4,5 from Schneider with improved
Tessar and Compur shutter.
