The sources are likely as authoritative as you will find on the net. The second question is a possible source for the methyl alcohol. One of the pharmacies I checked with this morning markets methyl alcohol. Also, I order this from Scientific & Industrial Sales & Services, 3116 St. Louis Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76110 --817-926-5437. Not sure where you are located but this suggests you might try your "yellow pages." If that does not work, try your search engine for methyl alcohol. AOL's search engine brought up the name of a chemical reagent vendor at the top of the list and a 1-800 number was provided for convenience. Hope this gets you started.
