I went to a presentation for photography students given by ASMP.  The
guest speaker was a guy who shot a lot of stuff for Marlboro.  He said
that every Nikon body (F4 I beleive) had been tested and each one had
it's own asa setting for velvia.  So shutter and meter inaccuracies are
common place.  If the ultimate in accuracy is important in your work,
then there are work arounds.  The zone system is one such example.  If
not then go out and shoot.
