Kodak Portra 400 in either version:
NC - kind of pastel colors
or VC - more vibrant color
both give wonderful skin tones

I'm looking at a 16X20 print from the NC version that shows extreme
detail (for 35mm 400 speed) and not much grain. I highly recommend Portra

BUT if you're outdoors why not use the 160 speed Portra?
Or some 100 speed film?
You'll be happier with this I think.
