Oh Danny Boy... only if you actually shift the lens. Without shift, it is a
normal 28mm lens.

The last time I was in Italy, my photographs of the leaning tower of Pisa,
via the 28PC, were weird. The tower looked straight! And St. Peters
Basilica looked like the leaning tower...
